Privacy Policy
StorefrontGuard provides B2B SaaS software for ecommerce storefront monitoring. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, business email, company name, billing details, support messages, and login activity. When a user requests a scan, we process storefront URLs, public page content, screenshots, technical metadata, scan results, and related evidence needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate StorefrontGuard, provide scan reports, monitor storefront changes, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, secure the service, process billing, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle. StorefrontGuard does not store full card numbers. Payment providers process billing information according to their own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and bill for StorefrontGuard. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and our users.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve security, and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of account information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and protect production systems.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
