These Terms govern access to StorefrontGuard, a B2B SaaS platform for ecommerce storefront monitoring. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

StorefrontGuard monitors public ecommerce storefront pages for operational signals including checkout flow issues, storefront risk signals, accessibility regressions, and content or script changes. Reports are provided for business operations and quality monitoring.

No legal advice

StorefrontGuard is software and does not provide legal advice. Findings identify observed or inferred storefront signals and may require review by your team, your client, or a qualified professional.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and billing information when purchasing a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You may use StorefrontGuard only for storefronts you own, manage, or are authorized to monitor. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or use scan results to harm third parties.

Plans and billing

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page unless a separate written agreement applies. Taxes may be added where required.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the billing flow made available by the payment provider or by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds unless required differently by applicable law.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but StorefrontGuard is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or modify features as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorefrontGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service.
